| 摘 要： | 通过对香樟种子不同消毒方法、不同技术和温度的处理,探讨打破种子休眠,提高发芽率的途径。结果表明:带果肉种子消毒后剥取种壳,接种于MS培养基上,在25℃~30℃下培养5d后开始萌发,10d后种子发芽率高达98.3%,生根率达100%。
