甘蔗品种资源的光周期诱导技术研究

摘    要:本文报道了云南甘科所(23°37'N,海拔1050米)3年来的光周期诱导技术研究。1991-1993年,在自然条件下不能开花的66个甘蔗品种,经过光期诱导后,有22个抽穗开花,从44个杂交组合中获得52个杂交花穗及大量的实生苗,其中,43个是割手密和斑茅的F1代花穗。结果说明:在高纬度高海拔地区可以成功把进行甘蔗光期诱导开花和有性杂交育种。本文还详细讨论了当地影响诱导开花的因素及其相应措施。

Abstract:This article reports the photoperiod induction technique of sugarcane in Yunnan Sugarcane Research Institute in the past three years. In 1991-1993, 22 of 66 parental varieties flowered by photoperiod induction. 52 tassels and many seedlings were obtained from 44 cross combinations, 43 of 52 tassels were obtained from the S. spontareum F1 or S. arurdinaceum F1. The results showed that the sugarcane germplasm could be succesfully induced flowering for the sexual hybridization by photoperiod in the area of hight-altitude and hightlatitude. Key measures and relationships between flowering induction and deylight, temperature and other factors were also discussed in detail.
