摘    要:为得到富含没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)茶多酚,以分离EGCG单体,在传统的有机溶剂提取茶多酚的基础上,采用等体积的柠檬酸水溶液酸洗,使所获茶多酚产品中EGCG的含量由40%~50%上升到80%左右.再以该茶多酚为原料,应用HSCCC分离纯化儿茶素单体,所得EGCG产品的纯度达到98%以上.笔者还分别以常规有机溶剂提取方法和新方法所得茶多酚为原料,进行HSCCC分离,结果表明,在相同进样量的情况下,以新方法提取所得的茶多酚为原料在同等条件下进行HSCCC分离, EGCG的得率提高了169%.

Abstract:On the basis of traditional organic solvents extraction, equal volume of citric acid solution was used to make the EGCG. The result showed that the proportion of EGCG in tea polyphenols raised from 40% - 50% to 80% now. Then,catechin monomer was isolated and purified by HSCCC with the purity above 98%. The common and new method were compared using two kinds of tea polyphends as raw materials. It demonstrated that under the same condition of sample volume,the yields of EGCG made by new method raised 169% compared with that using the common method.
