| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会，是我国当前社会发展的任务之一。要在以人为本理念下，发挥高校基层党组织的基础性作用、凝聚作用、推动作用和思想政治作用，使基层党组织起到凝聚人心、推动发展、做好思想政治工作的作用，促进社会稳定发展和进一步走向和谐。

| Abstract: | Building a harmonious society is one of our missions in current social development.Under the people-oriented logos,the basic role,collective role,promotive role and ideological role as well as the political role should be called into fullplay by the primary Party organizations of university.They should also play better roles in uniting people,promoting development and doing excellent ideological and political work as well as promoting a steady-going social development and furthering a harmonious society. |
