华南忍冬组培苗与扦插苗花蕾有效成分对比分析

摘    要:目的]比较华南忍冬(Lonicera confusa)组培苗与扦插苗花蕾的有效成分,为组培苗推广应用提供依据。方法]采用薄层色谱法进行对比分析。结果]组培苗花蕾、扦插苗花蕾和对照品绿原酸在薄层色谱图相同的Rf位置上均有1个亮蓝色的荧光斑点,且2种花蕾斑点的大小和颜色基本相同。结论]华南忍冬组培苗与扦插苗花蕾中有效成分绿原酸含量相当,组培苗完全可以推广应用于生产。
