摘    要:为满足粤北地区对不同杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)优良品系的需求,选育适应干旱条 件的杉木家系,试验选择了当前在生产上应用较广的28 个杉木家系,进行PEG6000 模拟水分胁迫处 理。结果显示,不同家系、不同处理间的含水率和SOD 酶活性差异达极显著水平,其中家系604、742、 763、779 等在干旱胁迫条件下,有较高的SOD、POD 和CAT 酶活性。相关性分析表明,含水率和SOD、 POD、CAT 3 个酶活性没有明显的相关性特征。采用隶属函数值法进行抗旱性综合评价,家系779、604、 742、770 和763 位列前五,为抗旱性较好的一批家系。

Abstract:Twenty-eight Cunninghamia lanceolata families were subjected to PEG-6000 simulated drought stress treatment assay for the selection of drought-tolerance germplasm that were suitable for use in northern Guangdong. The results showed that there have significant differences (P<0.01) of the relative water content and SOD activity among families. Family 604, 742, 763 and 779 had relative high SOD, POD and CAT activity under drought condition. No significant correlations (P>0.05) were observed among relative water content and SOD, POD, CAT activities. According to the subordinate function values, a sequenced drought-tolerant family including 604, 742, 763,770, 779 was identified.
