| 摘 要： | 对受红腹柄天牛不同危害程度的罗浮栲韧皮部和木质部中可溶性糖含量进行测定,分析可溶性糖含量与红腹柄天牛危害之间的关系。结果表明:在天牛取食活动期,不同受害程度罗浮栲的韧皮部和木质部可溶性糖含量差异明显,尤其韧皮部的变化比木质部更加强烈;受害初期的植株,可溶性糖含量与未受害相比显著减少,冬季当幼虫和成虫进入休眠期后,不同受害程度罗浮栲韧皮部和木质部中可溶性糖的含量与未受害植株相比差异程度趋向缓和。表明可溶性糖含量可作为监测罗浮栲植株受红腹柄天牛为害程度的参考。

| Abstract: | By measuring the soluble sugars of Castanopsis fabri Hance according to different degree of being damaged by the Aphrodisium faldermannii rufiventris,this paper anaglysed the relation between the contents of being damaged.The result showed: in the seasons when the A.faldermannii rufiventris was active,the contents of soluble sugars in phloem and xylem varied as different degree of being damaged in C.fabri,and phloem took more acute reaction than in xylem.In the initial stage of being damaged,the contents of soluble sugars increased;as the damage degree increasing,the contents decreased.This showed that the plant had reactions to damagement.In winter,when larva and imago were in the state of dormancy,the difference of the contents of soluble sugares tended to be moderate among different damage degrees in C.fabri.This showed that the contents of soluble sugares was the key reason of the damagement degree of A.faldermannii rufiventris. |
