Abstract:It were summarized the classification and killing mechanism and the application of the three main insect resistant genes,i e.Bt toxic protein gene,proteinase inhibitor gene and plant lectin on the genetic engineering.It is discussed the problem of resistant gene in engineering and resolving ways,and put forward the possible developing direction.
