摘    要:大棚内试验结果表明:施用硫肥可以明显促进番茄植株的生长发育,提高果实产量,增强其抗性;施用硫肥提高了番茄果实的全S、Vc、全K含量和可滴定酸浓度,但降低了其可溶性糖、固形物、蛋白质、全N和全P的含量;施硫30 kg/hm2处理的番茄果实在常温下贮藏效果较好。

Abstract:The growth,yield,and resistance of tomato were promoted by using sulphur(S) fertilizer through greenhouse test results.Compared with CK,the concentration of total S,Vc,total potassium,and titration acid in fruit increased with the application of sulphur fertilizer.However,the concentration of soluble sugar,solid,protein,total N,and total P in fruit decreased.Sulphur fertilizer application also affected the storage property of tomato fruit.Our results indicated that using 30 kg/hm2 sulphur fertilizer was the best treatment for the storage of tomato fruit at room temperature.
