| 摘 要： | 建立牛乳中15种有机氯农药残留量气相色谱法检测的方法。本方法用丙酮及石油醚提取样品中的有机氯农药,用RTX-1701毛细管柱进行分离,电子捕获检测器(electron capture detector,ECD)测定,外标法定量。该方法具有良好的准确度和精密度,在牛乳中加标平均回收率范围为60.6%~101.8%,相对标准偏差为4.3%~10.8%,该方法检出限为0.0020~0.009 5 mg/kg。

| Abstract: | A method for the determination of organochlorine pesticides in milk by gas chromatography （GC） was developed. Extraction of organochlorine pesticides in samples was performed with acetone and petroleum ether .The extract was separated on capillary column RTX-1701, detected with an electron capture detector （ECD） and quantified by external standard method. The method had good accuracy and precision. The average recovery of organochlorine pesticides in spiked milk was 60.6%-101.8%, with relative standard deviations of 4.3%-10.8%. The detection limits of organochlodne pesticides was 0.002 0 - 0.009 5 mg/kg. |
