摘    要:利用机器视觉系统代替人工对叶片叶面积进行测算。运用Halcon图形开发工具,以VB 2008为基础开发平台,采用通过阈值分割与区域特征提取的方法来计算叶面积,并将结果显示到屏幕并保存到文件中。将具体图像采集设备与机器视觉系统连接,完成叶片图像采集、图像处理和结果显示的一体自动化。与手工测算的费时费力和使用专业设备的高昂费用相比,此系统能在保证测算结果精确度的基础上,对多种植株叶片进行快速准确、简单易行、经济实用的测算。

Abstract:In this study,the machine vision system replaced manual work to be applied to calculate the leaf area.By using the Halcon graphical development tools and VB 2008 development platform,the leaf area was calculated by threshold segmentation and subarea characteristics drawing,and the results can be displayed on the screen and saved to a file.The connection of image acquisition device and machine vision system realized the automation of leaf image acquisition,image processing and result showing.Compared with the time-consuming manual work and high cost of specialized equipment,this system makes a rapid,accurate,simple,economical and practical calculation of leaf area,based on the esurience of proving accurate results.
