摘    要:在甘蔗分蘖期用200mg/L乙烯利对桂糖15号和新台糖1号进行叶面喷施,在处理后不同时期取样测定叶片的叶长、叶宽及若干生理生化指标,以探讨乙烯利对甘蔗叶片生长及生理生化的影响。结果表明:在乙烯利处理后的一定时间内,叶片的生长先受抑制随后逐渐恢复到对照水平;叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、淀粉酶、Ca2 -ATP酶、Mg2 -ATP酶等酶活性表现出先下降后提高,而中性转化酶的活性则先提高后下降。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of ethephon on the growth of leaves and some physiological and biochemical characters in sugarcane,two sugarcane varieties,i.e.Guitang15and Xintaitang1,were employed as the plant materials for ethephon sprayed at tillering stage with200mg/L concentration,the leaf length,leaf width and some physiological and biochemical characters were determined at different time after treatment.The results had shown that:at some time after ethephon spraying,first the growth of leaves was inhibited and restored to normal level gradually as compared.The contents of chlorophyll and soluble proteins,the activities of some enzymes such as Ca 2 -ATPase,Mg 2 -ATPase and amylase decreased first but increased at later.The activities of neutral invertase showed the opposite trend that increased first and then decreased.
