摘    要:目的]研究微量元素Fe对库拉索芦荟根系活力及芦荟苷、芦荟大黄素含量的影响。方法]采用砂培试验。结果]Fe2+对芦荟的根系活力及体内芦荟苷、芦荟大黄素含量均有影响。当Fe2+浓度为1.0×10-3mol/L时,芦荟根系活力最高;Fe2+浓度为5.0×10-4mol/L时,芦荟苷和芦荟大黄素含量最高。随着外源Fe2+浓度的提高,芦荟体内Fe2+含量不断升高。结论]该研究可为生产出活性成分含量较高的芦荟品种提供科学依据。

Effects of Trace Element Fe on the Root Activity and the Content of Activity Matter in Aloe barbadensis Mill.

Abstract:Objective]The effects of trace element Fe on the root activity and the content of aloin and aloe-emodin in Aloe barbadensis Mill.were studied.Method]Sandy culture experiment was used.Result]The results showed that Fe2+ had significant effects on the root activity and the content of aloin and aloe-emodin in Aloe barbadensis Mill.When the concentration of Fe2+ in the nutrient solution was 1.0×10-3mol/L,the root activity was the highest,while the content of aloin and aloe-emodin were the highest at 5.0×10-4 mol/L.The content of Fe2+ in the Aloe barbadensis Mill.was increased as the concentration of Fe2+ supplied was improved.Conclusion]The study can provide the scientific basis for producing Aloe barbadensis.Mill.with high content active matter.
