| 摘 要： | 热喷发酵锯末的制备和饲喂试验表明,丝状真菌N菌和T菌是最佳菌株。发酵培养物料由热喷处理后锯末75％,麦麸25％和多菌灵组成,然后用尿素水溶液混合均匀,接种,在25～30℃温度下发酵3～4d。发酵前物料中含粗蛋白4.90%,粗纤维43.73％,发酵后分别为12.99%、32.37%。用热喷发酵后的锯末替代蛋鸡日粮中玉米和麸皮的4％（试A_1组）、6％（试A_2组）、8％（试A_3组）、10%（试A_4组）,其饲喂结果,试A_1、A_2、A_3组产蛋率与对照组相比差异不显著,其中以4％组效果最佳。

| Abstract: | The preparation of hot-spurting sawdust and feeding trial showed that fungus N and T were the best strains. Fermented cultural material, composed of 75 % treated sawdust by hot-spurting. 25 % wheat bran and a sort of bacterial mixture called "Duo Jun Ling. mixed well with urea solution, and then inoculated and fermenting. As a result. CP and CF changed respectively. CP from 4. 90 % to 12. 99 % and CF from 43. 73% to 32. 37 % . 4 % (group 1). 6 % (group 2). 8 % (group 3) and 10 % (group 4) of corn and wheat bran in layer's diets were replaced by fermented sawdust. The results showed that there were no significant differences between group 1, 2. 3 and control group in laying rate, especially the group of 4 % showed the best result. |
