天然气发动机在汽车上的应用

摘    要:在现有汽车结构不发生根本改变的条件下,开发和利用新能源可以缓解石油危机的压力,也可以减少汽车对环境的污染。为此,对比了天然气与汽油、柴油的理化特性,阐述了天然气发动机的排放特性以及汽油发动机和柴油发动机采用天然气为燃料的改装设计方法,提出了提高天然气发动机功率的措施,得出天然气发动机具有压缩比高、功率损失大、点火能量高和尾气排放低的结论,同时指出提高压缩比和点火能量、加大点火提前角可提高天然气发动机的功率。

Abstract:Under present circumstances that existing automobile structure does not occur basic change, developing and using new energy can mitigate pressure of oil crisis and reduce the automobile pollution for environment. The physics and chemistry property of natural gas and petrol, diesel oil have been compared in the article. The emission property of natural gas engine and design method of refitment that petrol engine and diesel engine adopt natural gas has been elaborated. The measure that raises the engine power of natural gas was put forward. The conclusion has been found that compression ratio, power loss and ignition energy of natural gas engine is high, and exhaust gas is low. Raising compression ratio and ignition energy and adding spark-advance angle can improve the engine power of natural gas.
