摘    要:<正>芒果畸形病是芒果生产中重要的病害之一,主要表现为花畸形和芽畸形,受害果园常因畸形花絮无法挂果而造成减产,我国攀西地区的部分果园株发病率高达100%,给当地的芒果产业带来严重经济损失。该病自1891年首次在印度发现后,陆续在世界芒果产区发生危害~(1])。引起芒果畸形病的病原菌有Fusarium mangiferae、F.mexicanum、

Abstract:To explore the species and genetic diversity of mango malformation pathogen, which were collected from the main mango production areas in China, 1-3F/R and AF1, Fusarium specific primers, were used for identification of fungal isolate and partial sequences of Histone H3, EF-1α and β-tubulin were amplified and subsequently sequenced. Based on the sequences, phylogenetic tree was constructed to analyze genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship. The results showed that specific fragments could be amplified by 1-3F/R and AF1 primers in 30 isolates. The phylogenetic tree could be divided into two different clusters on the basis of their sequence similarity. Thirty isolates were gathered in the same cluster as F. mangiferae, while isolate MMD-27 and F. proliferatum gathered in another cluster. The result suggested that the pathogens of mango malformation were F. mangiferae and F. proliferatum in China. This study will guide the lay a theoretical foundation for identification and phylogenetic relationship of mango malformation pathogens in China.
