盐胁迫对木本滨藜植物细胞膜透性及生理特性的影响

摘    要:选取努塌滨藜(Atriplex gardneri)、三角滨藜(Atriplex tridentate)、沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides)2年生实生苗进行NaCl、Na2SO4 胁迫处理,土壤含盐量分别设置为4,8,12 g/kg.结果表明,在不同浓度NaCl胁迫下,努塌滨藜保护酶活力增强,MDA及膜透性不变;三角滨藜SOD、MDA升高,POD、CAT活力降低;沙棘SOD、CAT和POD活力下降,细胞膜透性和MDA含量大幅度增加.在不同浓度Na2SO4胁迫下,努塌滨藜随盐分浓度升高CAT活力先升后降,SOD、POD活力增强,MDA、膜透性差异不显著;三角滨藜SOD活力增强,POD、CAT活力降低,酶活力明显较同水平NaCl胁迫下高,MDA含量基本没有变化;沙棘MDA、细胞膜透性升高,但幅度远小于同水平NaCl胁迫,在4 g/kg盐胁迫处理下POD活力升高,其余各处理下SOD、CAT、POD活力全部降低.通过对比得出努塌滨藜、三角滨藜相对沙棘显示较强的抗氧化能力,具有较强的耐盐能力;努塌滨藜抗NaCl能力较强,而三角滨藜抗Na2SO4能力较强.

Abstract:In this experiment,the effects of NaCl and Na2SO4 stress on cell membrane permeability and physiological property were studied in two-year seedlings of three cultivars of Atriplex gardneri,Atriplex tridentate and Hippophae rhamnoides.The seedlings were grown in pots and treated with three NaCl and Na2SO4 concentrations: 4,8,12 g/kg.The result showed that,at different NaCl salt stress treatment,the activities of SOD,POD and CAT were increased for Atriplex gardneri,but MDA and cell membrane permeability had no changes.The activities of SOD and MDA were increased and the activities of CAT and POD were decreased for Atriplex tridentate. The activities of SOD,POD and CAT were decreased and cell membrane permeability and MDA were increased obviously for Hippophae rhamnoides.At the different Na2SO4 salt stress treatment,the activity of CAT was increasing first and then decreasing with salinity content rising SOD and POD were increased for Atriplex gardneri.There were no changes of MDA and the membrane permeability.The activity of SOD was increased and POD,CAT were decreased for Atriplex tridentate.It had higher enzyme activity in Na2SO4 treatment than the same level of NaCl treatment.The content of MDA had no changes.The membrane permeability and MDA were rising but the range was smaller than with the same level of NaCl treatment for Hippophae rhamnoides.The activities of SOD,CAT and POD were decreased in Na2SO4 stress treatment except POD was increased in the level of 4 g/kg treatment.Therefore,these results indicated that Atriplex gardneri and Atriplex tridentate had higher antioxidant levels and greater salt-tolerance ability than Hippophae rhamnoides.Atriplex gardneri had strong ability for NaCl salt-tolerance,while Atriplex tridentate had strong ability for Na2SO4 salt-tolerance.
