陕西烟叶品质特性研究

摘    要:为了解陕西不同产区不同等级烟叶品质差异性。研究收集了2018年陕西初烤烟叶和复烤片烟为试验材料,以标准配方模块烟丝为对照,参照国家或行业标准对其化学成分进行测定,应用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用分析(HS-SPME-GC-MS)方法测定其挥发性香气物质,对烟叶按照化学成分、香气物质分别进行聚类。研究结果表明,宝鸡X3F、SXTC片烟两糖比偏低,但这两类烟叶总糖含量适宜,还原糖可提升空间较大;安康地区烟叶与SXZL片烟各个化学指标与标准配方模块较为接近,品质相对较好。安康C3F和SXTC片烟中的美拉德反应产物、叶绿素降解产物含量较高,但商洛B3F中苯丙氨酸降解产物、类胡萝卜素降解产物、西柏烷类降解产物含量较高,这两类样品的特征香气物质含量表现不同。SXZL片烟各项指标与标准配方模块最为接近,品质相对较好。

Study on Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco Cultivars in Shaanxi

Abstract:The aim of this study is to analyze the differences of tobacco quality of the major cultivars in Shaanxi Province.The major flue-cured tobacco cultivars and redried tobacco leaves in Shaanxi were taken as test materials in 2018, the standard formula module tobacco was used as a control. The chemical composition was investigated with reference to national or industry standards, and further analyzed by clustering analysis. The volatile aroma scent was investigated by headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis (HS-SPME-GC-MS) method and cluster analysis. The results of chemical analysis showed that two sugar ratio in Baoji X3F, SXTC was low, but the total sugar content was suitable. The quality of these two types of tobacco leaves could be improved by increasing reducing sugar content.The degradation products of Ankang C3F and SXTC tobacco leaves in the Maillard reaction and chlorophyll were higher. Oppositely, the phenylalanine, carotenoid and cembrane degradation products content in Shangluo B3F tobacco were higher, and the characteristic volatile aroma of the two samples was different. As a result, the sample SXZL is the closest to the standard formula module, and the quality is better.
