摘    要:为了探究设施栽培中适合黄瓜生长灌溉的水源,采用井水、河水、自来水及蒸馏水4种水源,研究不同灌溉水质对设施黄瓜苗生长的影响。结果表明:不同水质对设施栽培黄瓜生长的影响不同,与蒸馏水灌溉相比较,井水和自来水灌溉能显著促进黄瓜苗的株高、茎粗和叶面积,存在显著性差异;浇灌三类水源可以提供黄瓜幼苗所需的矿物质和营养元素,促进其生长;选用井水和自来水对设施黄瓜幼苗进行浇灌处理,在株高、茎粗、叶面积、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和净光合速率上均比用河水浇灌处理高,其中以井水效果最好。表明在设施黄瓜的栽培中,井水和自来水浇灌比河水更能促进黄瓜的生长。本研究为设施栽培黄瓜的产量和品质提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract:In order to explore the water sources suitable for irrigation during cucumber growth under facility cultivation, four water sources including well water, river water, tap water and distilled water were used to study the effects of different irrigation water source on the growth of cucumber seedlings. The results showed that different water sources had different effects on the growth of cucumber under facility cultivation. Compared with distilled water irrigation, well water and tap water irrigation could significantly promote the plant height, stem diameter and leaf area of cucumber seedlings, and differences are significant. The three different water sources provided minerals and nutrients that the cucumber seedlings required and could promote their growth; Compared with the river water irrigation treatment, cucumber seedlings irrigated with well water and tap water had better effect on the plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and net photosynthetic rate.in which the well water had the best effect.Under facility cultivation, well water and tap water could promote the growth of cucumbers more than river water. This study provides a reference for the yield and quality of cucumber under facility cultivation.
