乙烯利对夏季韭菜营养生长及种子生产的影响

摘    要:试验采用两因素交叉分组设计,探究了不同施药间隔(20 d,30 d)下不同浓度(2 mL/L,3 mL/L,4 mL/L,5 mL/L)乙烯利处理对夏季韭菜生长及种子生产的影响。结果表明,在两种施药间隔下,施用乙烯利都能够抑制株高增高、叶长伸长及花薹伸长,促进假茎及花薹的增粗,且乙烯利浓度越高,作用效果越明显;韭菜种子产量及千粒重则随着乙烯利浓度的增加呈现先上升后下降趋势,其中,4 mL/L乙烯利处理效果最佳。相同乙烯利浓度下,相较于施药间隔30 d,施药间隔20 d对株高、叶长、花薹高度的影响更为显著。综上,结合韭菜生产实际及生产成本,夏季韭菜生产田每隔20 d喷施一次浓度3 mL/L乙烯利已可达到控旺目的。而对于韭菜制种田而言,抽薹前,每隔20 d喷施一次浓度4 mL/L乙烯利防花薹倒伏、种子增产效果最佳。

Abstract:In this experiment, the effects of different concentrations of ethephon treatment (2 mL/L,3 mL/L,4 mL/L,5 mL/L) at different application intervals (20d,30d) on the growth and seed production of Chinese chive in summer were investigated by using a two-factor cross-group design.The results showed that treatment of different concentrations of ethephon could not only inhibit increase of the plant height ,leaf and scape elongation,but also promote the increase of the diameter of pseudostem and scape at different application intervals.The higher the concentration of ethephon was, the more obvious the effect was.With the increase of ethephon concentration, the seed yield and 1 000-grain weight of leek firstly increased and then decreased, and 4 mL/L ethephon treatment had the best effect.Under the same ethephon concentration, plant height, leaf length and scape height were significantly affected by 20 days application interval compared with 30 days application interval.Combined with the experimental results and production practice in the summer chive production process,spraying of the concentration of 3 mL/L ethephon every 20 days could control plant shape .For seed production, before bolting, spraying of ethephon with a concentration of 4 mL/L every 20 days had the best effect of scape lodging resistance and increase of the seed yield.
