摘    要:枣树的镉(Cd)毒害机理研究对于筛选和利用耐镉污染的枣树种质资源具有重要的理论和实际意义。以冬枣(Ziziphus jujube)和龙枣(Ziziphus jujube)为试材,采用土培盆栽的方法,研究了土壤中外源添加5种Cd质量浓度(0、10、20、30和40mg.kg-1)胁迫下枣树幼苗期叶片叶绿素含量、脂质过氧化产物丙二醛含量、硝酸还原酶活性等生理指标的反应,以及品种间的遗传差异。结果表明:(1)随着土壤中添加Cd浓度的增加,枣树叶片的叶绿素含量、硝酸还原酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化物酶活性呈现先上升后下降的变化过程,丙二醛含量含量随着土壤中添加Cd浓度的增加而显著增加。(2)冬枣各项生理指标优于龙枣,耐Cd能力较强;枣树对镉胁迫的反应存在着品种间差异。

Abstract:The Jujube cultivars(Ziziphus jujube Mill.’Dongzao’ and ’Longzao’)were applied for cadmium at five concentrations(ck,10,20,30 and 40 mg·kg-1),then the changes of physiological indicators were detected,The results showed that the chlorophyll contents,nitrate reductase(NR) activities,soluble protein contents and peroxidase(POD) activities in leaves of jujube were stimulated and then inhibited with the increasing concentrations of Cd in soil.The malondialdehyde(MDA) contents were significantly enhanced,in which Dongzao was lower than Longzao.Longzao was more sensitive to Cd stress than Dongzao.
