摘    要:以榨菜"缩头"种盆栽苗为试验材料,测定了喷洒不同浓度NaHSO3后叶片的光合气体交换指标.分别用不同浓度NaHSO3(0.1,0.2,0.5,1.0,2.0,5.0 mmol/L)处理榨菜叶片后,Pn均有所上升,但以0.5 mmol/L NaHSO3处理后Pn上升最为明显,而不同处理间Gs、Ci、Tr均没有明显差异.0.5 mmol/L NaHSO3处理后,前3天Pn明显上升,但Gs、Ci、Tr与对照差异不大,处理后第4天开始,Pn逐渐下降,第5天时已下降到处理前水平,与对照没有差异.用0.5 mmol/L NaHSO3每隔5天处理榨菜叶片,2个月后,处理植株的叶绿素a、总叶绿素含量、株高、叶面积、茎叶鲜重等均显著大于对照植株.

Abstract:The study was conducted to investigate gas exchanges in stem mustard (Brassica juncea var. tumida cv. Suotou) plants grown in pots after spraying of different concentrations of NaHSO3. Pn increased in plants after treatment by 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 and 5.0 mmol/L NaHSO3, and greatest increase was observed in plants with spraying of 0.5 mmol/L NaHSO3. There was no great difference in Gs?Ci?Tr amongst all treatments. During the first 3 days after spraying 0.5 mmol/L NaHSO3, Pn exhibited an apparent increase. But it decreased to the level of untreated leaves at day 6, whereas there were no difference in Gs, Ci, Tr between control and treated plants. The content of Chl a, total chlorophyll content, height, leaf area, fresh weight of stem and leaf increased by application of 0.5 mmol/L NaHSO3 every six days for two months.
