摘    要:该文综合分析了当前热风炉发展现状,提出了高温、高效、低污染和长寿命热风炉的设计方案和计算方法。实践证明,采用高效低污染燃煤机与喷插组合而成的换热器分置式配置方案设计的热风炉是成功的,性能指标是先进的,计算方法是可行的

Abstract:This paper analyses the current situation of the development of hot air furnace, and puts forward design and calculation methods of high temperature, high efficiency, low pollution and long life hot air furnace. Practice utilization shows that it is successful for a hot air furnace which is separated configurationed designed with high efficiency and low pollution. The performance index is advanced and the calculation methods are feasible.
