| 摘 要： | 【目的】通过对尤溪县食用菌优势特色产业发展的专题调研,了解其在推进食用菌产业集聚集群发展方面的主要做法与成效,指出食用菌产业高质量发展存在的主要问题,对下一步开展优势特色产业集群建设提出对策与建议。【方法】调研小组通过以组织座谈会、个别访谈、核查、问卷、访问、询问、专题授课等多种形式,深入田间地头、进村入户,在全面调研尤溪县农业、农村各项工作的基础上,对尤溪县食用菌优势特色产业发展情况展开专题调研。【结果】尤溪县初步形成了包括以洋中、西滨、汤川等乡镇为核心的食用菌产业发展集聚区在内的七大产业发展集聚区,食用菌优势特色产业集聚发展态势良好。同时,也指出食用菌产业高质量发展存在先进生产技术不够普及,产业发展后备人才缺乏,精深加工发展滞后,三产融合发展深度不够等方面的问题。【结论】调研提出发挥政策优势,引导经营主体集群发展;发挥龙头带动,提升组织化生产水平;加快三产融合,提升产业整体实力;强化科技支撑,保障产业持续发展等观点,开展食用菌优势特色产业集群建设,推动尤溪食用菌产业形态由乡村“小特产”升级为优势特色“大产业”。

Reflections on the Development of the Advantageous and Characteristic Industries of Edible Mushroom in Youxi County |

| Abstract: | Purpose] Based on the special investigation on the development of the advantageous and characteristic industry of edible mushroom in Youxi county, the author understands its main practices and effects in promoting the development of the cluster of edible mushroom industry, points out the main problems existing in the high-quality development of edible mushroom industry, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the cluster of the advantageous and characteristic industry of edible mushroom in the next step.Method] On the basis of a comprehensive survey of the agricultural and rural work in Youxi county, the research team carried out a special investigation on the development of the advantageous and characteristic industries of edible mushroom in Youxi county. Through the organization of symposia, individual interviews, verification, questionnaires, interviews, inquiries, lectures and other forms, in-depth into the fields, the village and household.Result] Youxi county has initially formed seven industrial development agglomeration areas, including Yangzhong, Xibin, Tangchuan and other towns and villages as the core, and the agglomeration development trend of the advantageous and characteristic industry of edible mushroom is good. At the same time, it also points out that the high quality development of edible mushroom industry has some problems, such as the lack of advanced production technology, the lack of reserve talents for industrial development, the backward development of deep processing and the lack of integration of the first, second and third industries.Conclusion] The research report proposes to give play to the advantages of the policy and guide the development of the cluster of business entities; Give play to the leading role of leading enterprises to improve the level of organizational production; Accelerate the integration of the first, second and third industriesand enhance the overall strength of the industry; We should strengthen the support of science and technology and ensure the sustainable development of the edible mushroom industry. We should carry out the construction of industrial clusters with advantages and characteristics of edible mushroom, and promote the upgrading of the edible mushroom industry form in Youxi county from "small rural specialties" to "big industry" with advantages and characteristics. |
