| 摘 要： | 综述了造成热带水果采后损失的主要原因，从新技术尧新处理、包装和贮运等方面简述了国外热带水果的保鲜现状，指出了我国产品在这些方面存在的差距，探讨了我国热带水果的贮运保鲜发展策略。

| Abstract: | The main reasons for post-harvest loss of tropical fruit in China are summarized. The present
situation and development of storage and transportation of tropical fruit in other countries and regions are described in the aspects of technology, treatment, packaging and shipping. The differences in storage and transportation between China and other countries and regions are pointed out, and some development
strategies proposed. |
