摘    要:用Li-6400便携式光合分析系统,对生长季节的橡胶树实生苗与嫁接苗在自然条件下进行各项光合生理指标的测定,研究其光合“午休”现象的生理机制。结果表明,午后的强光、高温及相对湿度的下降是造成午后光合下降的主要生态因素;而蒸腾速率、气孔导度、表观羧化效率、表观量子效率、光化学效率的下降是光合“午休”现象的生理生化因素。因此认为,光合“午休”现象由外界生态因子和植物内在生理生化因素共同影响。

Abstract:Ecological, physiological and biochemical parameters of seedling trees and buddings of Hevea brasiliensis were examined during the growth season by using an advanced portable photosynthetic measuring system to analyze their physiological mechanisms of midday depression in the field. The result showed that strong light, high temperature and low relative humidity were the major ecological factors reducing photosynthesis in the noon time, and that low transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, apparent carboxylation efficiency, apparent quantum yield and photochemical efficiency were the physiological and biochemical factors reducing the photosynthesis in the noon time. It is therefore believed that the midday depression of net photosynthesis of rubber trees, either seedlings or buddings, results from both ecological and plant physiological and biochemical factors.
