摘    要:实行岗位设置管理制度,建立起以按需设岗、竞聘上岗、按岗定酬、契约管理为主要特征的岗位管理体系,是农业科研单位深化人事制度改革的重要举措。本文从农业科研单位岗位设置特点、存在问题、原则思路和制度框架等方面进行分析和探讨。

Abstract:Implementing post setting management system is an important measure to deepen the human resource reform in agricultural research institutions. Post setting management system is characterised by four aspects: setting post according to demand, winning the post through competition, offering salary according to the post, and contract management. Post setting features, existing problems, principles and rules are analyzed and discussed .
