| 摘 要： | 为了将分子标记技术更好的应用到家畜育种工作中,本研究详细总结了分子标记技术在家畜遗传多样性分析、亲缘关系分析、遗传图谱构建、基因定位、杂种优势预测、性别鉴定和抗病育种等诸多方面的应用研究。最后提出应将表型性状、系谱和分子标记三者结合应用于家畜遗传育种等方面的工作。

Application of Molecular Markers in Livestock Breeding |

| Abstract: | In order to apply molecular marker technique to livestock breeding. This paper concludes the application research of genetic diversity analysis, relationship analysis, genetic map construction, gene localization, Heterosis prediction, gender identification and disease resistance breeding of the molecular markers in livestock breeding. It is suggested that phenotypic traits, genealogy and molecular markers should be applied to the genetic breeding of livestock. It is suggested that the combination of phenotypic traits, pedigree and molecular markers should be applied to the genetic breeding of livestock. |
