| 摘 要： | 对几种芸薹属蔬菜花粉发育的各个时期的细胞学形态进行了观察,并以此为依据计算不同蕾长、瓣药比中单核靠边期和二核期的花粉细胞占总花粉细胞的比例.统计分析结果表明:当瓣药比在1左右时,三种蔬菜花药中所含的单核靠边期和二核期花粉粒占的比例最大.

| Abstract: | s The cytological observations of pollen development in different stages of Brassica vegetables were studied.The ratio of late uninucleus and binucleus in total pollens was calculated according to their length and pollen length.The statistical data showed that the ratio of late uninucleus and binucleus in total pollens were maximum in these Brassica vegetables when the ratio of flower length and pollen length was be tween1/2and1. |
