| 摘 要： | 目的]建立麦芽糖的含量测定方法；方法]采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC），色谱柱为Alltima氨基2（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-水（62：38），流速为1．3ml／min。结果]在选定的试验条件下，Alhima氨基柱的理论塔板数为2855，麦芽糖峰与杂质峰的分离度为6．09，精密度试验的RSD为0．90％（n=6）。结论]该法测定麦芽糖含量具有简捷、实用、准确的特点。

| Abstract: | Objective] The determination method of Maltose contents were established.Method] HPLC method was used,chromatographic column was the Alltima amido-column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(62∶38),flowing rate of 1.3 ml/min.Result] Under the selected tested conditions,theoretical plate number of the Alltima amido-column was 2 855,the separation degree of Maltose and impurity peak were 6.09,RSD was 0.90%(n=6).Conclusion] The method was proved to be simple,practical and accurate. |
