大豆染色体片段代换系群体苗期耐盐性鉴定及评价

摘    要:研究以大豆染色体片段代换系群体2019年收获的183个株系和2020年收获的165个株系为试验材料,采用水培法,120 mmol·L-1盐处理5 d后,调查大豆株系苗期株高、根长、地上鲜重和地下鲜重,通过计算相对值、权重、耐盐指数(D值)及主成分、隶属函数分析综合评价染色体片段代换系材料耐盐能力,以鉴定染色体片段代换系群体苗期耐盐能力.结果表明,大豆染色体片段代换系群体通过主成分分析,将耐盐性状分为两个主成分,其总变异累计值贡献率2019年和2020年分别为72.61%和67.08%.根据两个主成分的权重和隶属函数分析,计算综合评价D值,可知,大豆染色体片段代换系群体中耐盐性较强材料有12份,较弱材料有13份.研究旨在比较大豆染色体片段代换系株系间苗期对盐胁迫耐受性,筛选耐盐材料,为大豆耐盐种质挖掘和遗传育种提供理论参考和基础材料.

Abstract:In this study, 183 soybean chromosome segment substitution lines(CSSLs)harvested in 2019 and 165 soybean CSSLs harvested in 2020 were used as experimental materials. The plant height, root length, aboveground fresh weight and underground fresh weight of soybean lines at seedling stage were investigated after 120 mmol·L-1 NaCl hydroponic salt treatment for 5 d, by calculating relative value,weight, salt tolerance index(D value), principal component analysis, membership function analysis, the salt tolerances of CSSLs were evaluated comprehensively, and the salt tolerance of seedling stage was identified. The results showed that the salt tolerance traits of soybean lines were divided into two principal components by principal component analysis, and the contribution rates of total variation cumulative values were 72.61% in 2019 and 67.08% in 2020, respectively.According to the analysis of membership function, weight determination and comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance, it coild be known that there were 12 materials with strong salt tolerance and 13 materials with weak salt tolerance among used experimental materials. The aim of this study was to compare the salt stress tolerance among soybean CSSLs at seedling stage and screen salt tolerant materials,this study provides a theoretical reference and basic material for the excavation of soybean salt tolerant germplasm and genetic breeding.
