| 摘 要： | 目的]提高＂聊红槐＂硬枝扦插繁殖效率,探索其扦插生根的影响因素。方法]采用不同植物生长调节剂处理插穗,并对插穗生根数、根长、根粗、侧根数及生根率等生根性状指标进行测定。结果]插穗浸泡3h的生根性状指标好于浸泡1h的,浓度以300mg/L为最好。从根系效果指数上看,ABT为适合的植物生长调节剂,其次是NAA,最后是IBA。结论]＂聊红槐＂硬枝扦插采用ABT300mg/L浸泡插穗3h为好。
