| 摘 要： | 广东省茶类资源现有3种国家地理标志产品、1件国家地理标志商标、尚无国家农产品地理标志。分析了广东省茶类的地理标志知识产权保护现状,并提出以下建议:(1)深入研究名茶的地理标志特征;(2)挖掘与整理茶类的非物质文化遗产;(3)以国家质检总局的地理标志产品保护模式为主;(4)充分利用地理标志专用标志。

| Abstract: | There are a lot of geographical indications of the tea in Guangdong Province.This article introduced the geographical indications of tea in the province,and recommends:(1)to study the characteristics of geographical indications deeply;(2)to mine and sort out the tea-related intangible cultural heritage;(3)to use AQSIQ's protection mode of geographical indications mainly;(4)to make full use of geographical indication-specific signs. |
