培养基成分对双梭孢虫草产色素的影响

摘    要:为了对天然色素的生产提供参考,对双梭孢虫草在不同碳源、氮源、微量元素和维生素培养基中的生长情况进行观察,综合分析了基于产孢梗束数量、长度和产生的色素等指标.结果表明,以葡萄糖作为碳源、硝酸铵为氮源的培养基最适合双梭孢虫草色素的形成,且其孢梗束的形成和色素的形成呈正相关.

Abstract:C.bifusispora was cultivated and observed on the artificial media consisting of different carbon sources,nitrogen sources,microelement and vitamin,and the synnemata amount,length and formation of pigment were synthetically analyzed to provide a reference for natural pigment production.The results showed that the medium of glucose as carbon source and ammonium nitrate as nitrogen source was suitable for forming the pigment of C.bifusispora,and there were positive correlation between the synnemata and pigment...
