摘    要:为深入考察碳源混合营养对螺旋藻生长的影响,采用响应面分析法对螺旋藻混合营养培养中的无机碳源(NaHCO3)与有机碳源(葡萄糖)进行2因素3水平试验.结果表明:单因素试验螺旋藻在基础培养基条件下,添加1.5g/L葡萄糖时,最终生物量为1.242 9 g/L;在以最佳葡萄糖添加浓度时,NaHCO3的最佳添加浓度为8.4g/...

Abstract:In order to further examine the carbon impact on mixtrophic growth of S.platensis.A test of two factors and three levels was conducted to study the effects of NaHCO3 and glucose on mixtrophic growth of S.platensis by response surface analysis method.The single factor experiment results showed that under the condition of S.platensis in basic medium,the final biomass could be up to 1.242 9 g/L by adding 1.5 g/L glucose.The optimum adding concentration of NaHCO3 was 8.4 g/L according to that of glucose.The res...
