| Abstract: | Along with the papaya ring spot virus disease,inoculateing the PRSV to papaya is one of the important measures for effective prevention and control for the study of PRSV.According to the PRSV-CP gene sequence in GeneBank,designed a pair of specific primer PRSVCP3/PRSVCP4,and also designed conservative district specific primer PRSVCP1/PRSVCP2 based on EF183499,Q424465 and Hawaii PRSV-CP sequence,then detected the PRSV on seedling cultivation papaya with RT-PCR. |
