| 摘 要： | 为探索不同激素、不同扦插时间和不同扦插基质对桂花扦插繁殖效果的影响,以便更好地指导当地桂花扦插繁殖生产,进行了不同激素、不同扦插时间和不同扦插基质处理桂花插穗的试验.结果表明,激素、扦插时间和扦插基质的选择对桂花成活率均有显著的影响;对桂花扦插繁殖效果最佳的处理组合是每年5～6月切取生长壮实、成熟的桂花茎节,以珍珠岩作...

| Abstract: | The effects of different hormones,cutting times and cutting matrixes on O.fragrans cutting propagation were explored to preferably guide local O.fragrans cutting propagation.The results showed that different hormones,cutting times and cutting matrixes had significant influence on O.fragrans survival rate.The optimum treatment combination included cutting time May~June,well growing ripe stem,the cutting matrix pearlite,soaking the cutting base with 0.01% GGR 6 solution for 1h before cottage,then the survival... |
