| 摘 要： | 为科学全面地评价农民对于农村安全饮水水价的承受能力,首次综合考虑经济和心理二方面对农民饮水水价承受能力进行定量分析。采用扩展线性支出系统ELES需求模型,推求了不同地区农民的基本生活消费需求,对经济承受能力进行了合理划分;应用条件价值评估法CVM,研究不同地区农民对于安全饮水水价的心理承受能力,采用支付卡技术优化封闭式...
