| Abstract: | Fruits of 15 Mango(Mangifera indica Linn.) cultivars were used as materials for studying the fruit quality and sugar compositions and antioxidant activites.Results showed that the fruit weight,edible pulp rate,titratable acidity and soluble solid contents of tested cultivars ranged from 202 to 787 g,68.72% to 81.35%,0.23% to 0.84% and 10.83 to 19.37%,respectively.There was a considerably high carotenoid content in mango fruits.It was the highest in cultivar Tainong No.1(0.037 mg/g) and the lowest was Xiaofe... |
