摘    要:以15个品种的芒果果实为试材,利用常规和高效液相色谱分析技术,进行了果实品质、糖组分和抗氧化性的分析.结果表明,品种间果实质量、可食率和可滴定酸含量差异较大,分别为202-787 g、68.72%-81.35%和0.23%~0.84%.可溶性固形物含量最高为小菲芒(19.37%),最低为爱文(10.83%);不同品种芒...

Abstract:Fruits of 15 Mango(Mangifera indica Linn.) cultivars were used as materials for studying the fruit quality and sugar compositions and antioxidant activites.Results showed that the fruit weight,edible pulp rate,titratable acidity and soluble solid contents of tested cultivars ranged from 202 to 787 g,68.72% to 81.35%,0.23% to 0.84% and 10.83 to 19.37%,respectively.There was a considerably high carotenoid content in mango fruits.It was the highest in cultivar Tainong No.1(0.037 mg/g) and the lowest was Xiaofe...
