摘    要:三色堇的许多性状间存在不同程度的联系,明确各性状之间的联系,对提高杂交育种的选择效率,加快新优品种的培育具有重要的指导意义。试验以33个三色堇品种的8个重要数量性状为研究对象,分别采用相关分析和灰关联度分析,研究了这些性状对5个育种目标性状影响的主次关系及相关程度。结果表明,对花径影响最大的为叶长,其次为叶宽,再次为茎粗,它们均与花径呈极显著正相关;对花数影响最大的为叶宽、其次为花径,再次为分枝数,其中分枝数与花数呈极显著正相关,而叶宽、花径与花数呈极显著负相关;对分枝数影响最大的是叶宽,其次为花径,它们均与分枝数达极显著负相关;对冠幅影响最大的是株高,其次是茎粗,冠幅与株高、茎粗分别呈极显著、显著正相关;对株高影响最大的是冠幅。因此,可在植株发育的早期阶段,通过叶片大小、分枝数分别实现对花径、花数的相关性选择。

Abstract:Pansy is one of important flowers for landscaping in spring and winter. Identify the relationship between breeding target traits and other characters could provide the valuable information for plan formulating and correlation selection in pansy breeding. Forthis reason, eight important characters of 33 pansy cultivars were investigated, and two methods including correlation analysis and grey relational, were adoptedto showthe relationships among characters.The results showedthat:(1)Onflowerdiameter, leaflength could make the largest effect, then leaf width, and followed by stem diameter. The correlations were extremely significant between flowerdiameter, leaf length and width, and stem diameter. (2) On numberof flowers, leaf width could make the largest effect, then flowerdiameter, and followed by numberof branches. The correlation between numberofbranches and flowers was positively significant, and the correlation among leafwidth, flowerdiameterand numberofflowers were negatively significant. (3) On numberof branches, leaf width could make the largest effect, and then the flower diameter. The correlation between number of branches and leafwidth, flowerdiameterwere negatively significant. (4) On crown, plantheightcould make the largest effect, and then the stem diameter. The correlation among crown and plant height, stem diameter were positively significant. (5) On plantheight, crown could make the largesteffect, and the correlation between them was positively significant. Therefore, the correlation selection for size and number of flowers in pansy could be carried outwith leafsize and numberofbranches, respectively atthe early stage ofplantgrowth.
