| 摘 要： | 对福建、浙江、湖南等地67个锥栗种质的41个果实经济性状指标和植物学形态特征进行了系统的调查观测,分析了坚果的营养成分。结果表明锥栗种内变异丰富,各项性状指标差异大,特别是在栗苞、坚果大小,连续结果能力,雌雄花比,坚果蛋白质、可溶性糖、粗脂肪、氨基酸含量及组成等营养成分及贮藏性等指标上,高低间可相差2~4倍,坚果的风味品质上也有明显差异。 |

| Abstract: | Castanea henryi,a peculiar tree species of China,is widespread in the 14 southern provinces of China.In this study, a systematic survey about 41 economic characters and morphologic parameters of 67 varieties of C.henryi,which were collected from Fujian,Zhejiang,Hun'an Province of China,was carried out.The data presented in this report indicate that variation in Castanea henryi is abundant in each parameter,especially in such parameters as the size of shell and nut,fruiting ability,sexual rate of flower,percentage of protein,dissoluble sugar,total lipid,amino acid and other dietetic indexes.In the varieties,the peak values of the parameters sometimes make 2 to 4 times the vale values.There is also remarkabe diversity in nut taste among each varieties. |
