摘    要:本研究对湖北襄阳楸树种质资源库内收集保存的100份不同种质的叶片性状进行分析,结果表明:不同无性系间叶柄长度的变异最大,叶宽变异居中,叶长变异最小.同时,不同种质在叶长、叶宽、叶柄长等指标间均存在丰富变异,各指标差异均达到极显著水平.对各性状的相关遗传参数进行估算,不同种源内各无性系间除山东种源的叶长性状、安徽种源的叶宽和叶柄长性状差异不显著外,其它种源的各性状间都差异显著.其中无性系叶片宽长比的重复力最高,达60%,其次是叶片长度,其重复力为46.17%.

Abstract:Abstracts:In this study,leaf traits of 100 different Catalpa bungei germplasms,which has been collected and conserved in Xiangyang Catalpa bungei germplasm resource bank in Hubei Province were investigated and analyzed.The result showed that leaf petiole length of different clones showed greater variation than their leaf width and length.There were abundant variation and great significant differences among the traits of leaf length,leaf width and leaf petiole length of the 100 different germplasms.Genetic parameters were also estimated; except the leaf length of germplasm from Shandong,the leaf width and the leaf petiole length of germplasm from Anhui,the leaf traits of different germplasms from Hubei,Henan,Shandong and Anhui provenance showed significant differences. The estimated repeatability of the leaf width-length ratio was 60% which was the highest,and that of leaf length was 46.17% which was the second.
