| 摘 要： | 以沙田柚 (CitrugrandisCV .shatianyou)成年树为试材 ,对植物生长调节剂诱导其单性结实的效果及对产量和品质的影响进行了研究 .用一定浓度的N - (2 -氯 - 4-吡碇基 ) -N -苯基脲(CPPU)、赤霉素 (GA3)、CPPU GA3的混合液于花期和幼果期进行喷布处理 ,并以红酸柚的花粉人工授粉为对照 .结果表明 ,外源生长调节剂处理花期、幼果期的沙田柚可获得少核果实 ,且生理落果大为降低 ,果实的含糖量增加 ,果实品质得到一定程度的改善 ,但单果重略为降低 ,其中以GA3、CPPU GA3的混合液处理效果最好

| Abstract: | The effect of some chemicals such as CPPU and GA 3 sprayed during flower and little fruit period on induced parthenocarpy of Shatianyou and its yield and quality were studied. The results showed that the seedless fruit were induced by above chemical treatments,the fruit quality was improved and the physilogical abscission of fruits was decreased too, but the fruit weight was reduced slightly. The effect of the treatment with GA 3 or CPPU puls GA 3 was the best among the chemical treatments investigated in this paper. |
