摘    要:目的]优化筛选适合夏季生产的双孢菇品种.方法]对6个高温型双孢菇品种进行品比,观察菌丝生长状态和出菇情况,同时测定产量.结果]从菌丝生长状态、抗逆性及产量指标来看,表现最好的为双6,其次为双1和双7,表现最差的为双2.结论]双孢菇高温季节栽培的品种应首选双6,其次可选用双1和双7.

Abstract: Objective ] The study aimed to optimize and screen Agaricus bisporu cuhivars suitable for the production in high temperature sea-son. Method] Six types of high temperature Agaricus bisporus cultivars were compared to observe mycelial growth and fruiting states, and tomeasure the yield. Result] From the aspects of the mycelium growth state, resistance and yield index, the best performing was Shuang 6, fol-lowed by Shuang 1 and Shuang 7, and the worst performing was Shuang 2. Conclusion] Shuang 6 was chosen at first for the cultivation in hightemperature season, then Shuang 1 and 7 could be chosen as alternatives.
