葛根全原粉中葛根素的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]优化葛根全原粉中葛根素的提取工艺.方法]采用传统浸提法来提取葛根全原粉中的葛根素,考察提取时间、乙醇浓度、提取温度、固液比4个单因素对葛根素提取率的影响,并在此基础上,通过正交试验确立葛根全原粉中提取葛根素的工艺.结果]试验表明,提取时间、乙醇浓度、提取温度以及固液比对葛根素的提取率均有影响,影响的大小顺序为乙醇浓度>提取温度>固液比>提取时间.正交试验确定葛根素提取最佳工艺为:提取温度为80℃、提取时间为60 min、乙醇浓度为50%、固液比为1∶30 g/ml.结论]研究可为工厂规模化提取葛根素提供适宜的参数.

Abstract: Objective ] To optimize extraction technique for puerarin in pueraria original powder. Method] Using traditional extraction meth-od, effects of time, ethanol concentration, temperature, solid-liquid ratio on extraction rate of puerarin were investigated, on the basis of this,orthogonal test was conducted to determine the extraction technique for puerarin in pueraria original powder. Result ] The results showed thatfour factors all affect the extraction yield of puerarin, the order is as following ethanol concentration 〉 extraction temperature 〉 sol;M-liquid ra-tio 〉 extraction time. The optimal conditions are: extraction temperature 80 ℃, extraction time 60 min, ethanol concentration 50%, solid-liquidratio 1:30 g/ml. Conclusion] The study can provide appropriate parameters for large-scale extraction of puerarin.
