摘    要:基于齐鲁工业大学应用型人才的培养目标,以食品科学与工程专业为例,探讨了“三模块多层次”的实践教学体系对培养适合地方经济和社会发展需要的工程应用型人才起到的重要作用.

Abstract:Based on the training target of applied talents of Qilu University of Technology,taking food science and engineering specialty as an example,the practice teaching system was constructed including three modules and multiple levels,which played a significant role in training application-oriented engineering talents to meet the demand of local economy and social development.
