| 摘 要： | 对13个滑菇(Pholiota nameko)菌株的菌丝生长情况、转色和主要农艺性状等方面进行对比试验。从中筛选出2个优良菌株Ph0015和Ph0023,其出菇早、产量高、抗逆性强、商品性状较好。同时发现具有特异性状的有菌株Ph0006、Ph0016和Ph0027,其菌盖颜色为金黄色,且具有该颜色的菌株商品性状好;菌株Ph0019菌盖形状为扁圆状,与其他菌株的菌盖半球状差异明显;菌株Ph0024菌丝极易扭结形成小菇蕾,从而形成大量小菇蕾。

| Abstract: | The mycelial growth,changing color and main agronomic traits of 13 strains of Pholiota nameko were compared and tested. Two superior strains Ph0015 and Ph0023 were screened out,which had the advantages of early fruiting,high yield,strong resistance and good commercial characters. At the same time,the specific strains of Ph0006,Ph0016 and Ph0027 were obtained,the pileus color of the strains was golden yellow,and the commercial character of the color was good. The pileus shape of the Ph0019 was oblate,which was significantly different from that of other strains with the hemispherical pileus. The mycelium of strain Ph0024 were easy to twist to form mushroom buds,thus a large number of small mushroom buds were formed. |
