| 摘 要： | 本试验以天葵子为主药,与蒲公英、苦参、白鲜皮3种中药联合使用制备复方中药凝胶剂。采用水提法提取中药的有效成分,以卡波姆-940、主药、甘油、氮酮的用量为因素,采用正交试验设计,优选复合中药凝胶剂的最佳配比,并根据2015版中国药典关于凝胶剂的质量要求,对本试验所制备的复合中药凝胶剂进行质量检查。结果显示,1.5%卡波姆940,15%主药,10%甘油,1.5%氮酮为本试验中复合中药凝胶剂的最佳组合方案。药效学试验表明,本试验所制得的凝胶剂对治疗皮肤炎症具有一定的治疗效果。
