金耳栽培条件的初步研究

摘    要:通过金耳(Tremella aurantialba)栽培中不同培养料、腐殖酸以及光照等因子的筛选试验,旨在为获得高效稳定的金耳栽培条件提供参考。试验结果表明,在配方2 (棉籽壳42%、木屑42%、麸皮14%、磷肥1%、石膏1%)培养料上,出耳前每棒注入浓度为1.0%的100 mL腐殖酸溶液,出耳时每天给予白光照射8h (400 lx),金耳子实体的出耳率、优质品率和生物学效率均较高。

Abstract:In order to provide references for obtaining the efficient and stable cultivation conditions of Tremella auriculata,experiments were carried out on different factors such as culture materials,humic acid and illuminance. The results showed that in formula 2(42% cottonseed husk,42% sawdust,14% bran,1% phosphate fertilizer,1% gypsum),high primordium formation rate,quality rate and biological efficiency of fruiting body of T. auriculata can be obtained by injecting 100 mL humic acid solution into inoculation bags before primordium formation,while 400 lx white light irradiation for 8 hours per day.
