枸杞中性多糖的糖链结构分析

摘    要:从枸杞子中分离纯化得到枸杞中性多糖,经气相色谱法和色谱-质谱法分析,该多糖由木糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、赤藓糖及少量岩藻糖和山梨糖等8种糖基组成,前5种糖基的摩尔比为10:1:1:6.7:4.多糖呈分枝结构,主链包括1,4连接的葡萄糖、1,6连接的半乳糖、1,4或1,5连接的木糖,在1,4连接的葡萄糖上6位分枝形成侧链,侧链末端是木糖和半乳糖。此外,尚有含量较高的一种未知连接结构和少量其它连接。

Abstract:A neutral polysaccharide(LBNP)is isolated and purificated from Lycium barljarum L.which is a chinese traditional medicine plant. Structure analysis by Gas Chromatography and Chro-matography-mass spectrometry shows that the sugur chain contains eight residues in all: Xylose,Arabinose,annose,Galactose,Glucose,Erythrose,trace Fucose and Sorbinose. The molar ratio of the former five monosaccharides is 10:1:1:6.7:4;LBNP is a rich branching hetero-polysaccharide whose backbone composes of 1,4-linked Glucose,1,6-linked Galactose and 1,4 or 1,5-linked Xylose, Branchings run out at C6 position of 1,4-linked Glucose of the backbone and take Xylose and Galactose as their ending residues. In LBNP their are still one kind of unrecog-nized linkage and some other trace linkages.
